Much of the Community Access materials may be applicable or transferable to other communities; however, we suggest you contact either your Community Access Station or Advisory Council for information specific to where you live or work. The privacy policy refers solely to the Cable Advisory Council of South Central Connecticut site and does not cover sites that are linked from here such as those of within our P.E.G community. In addition to providing information, we want our visitors to be comfortable making inquiries to the Advisory Council through this sites’ CONTACT US feature. The content of any inquiries will not be posted or made available on this site. However, the following process is initiated.

• All correspondence is directed to the Advisory Council e-mail address which is password protected. Authorized users of the e-mail addresses are Members of the Advisory Council Executive Committee.
• The content of your message, e-mail address and residence address (if provided) will be forwarded to an appropriate Comcast Corporation Department or Advisory Council Member for resolution or action.
• Your correspondence will be recorded as received and logged as a customer issue at the next regular meeting of Advisory Council as is all correspondence & inquiries to CACSCC Advisors.
• The Forum Message Board portion of this site will include all content posted by the user subject to moderator confirmation of message board use. So content will be included as posted or removed. At no time will content be edited. Moderator can revoke any user privilege. The public nature of the forum takes precedence over the opportunity for expression.
