2003-5 Insurance Committee Charge: Gather information relevant to pricing an Umbrella Policy for CAC and Local PEG Boards. Any Policy is to include CAC & PEG coverage for Board of Directors as well as coverage for cablecast liability, property, vehicles and worker’s compensation, as applicable for PEG Groups.

Represent all parties in the identification of a viable and cost-saving Insurance plan.

Reports: Requested Annual Reports, Inventory and records of current insurance for agent review by 2/2004.

Status Report of June 2005: Based on research with local brokers and brokers familiar with Community Access( ACM Vendor participants) an Insurance Resolution is prepared for the 2005 Annual Meeting.

July 2005 a resolution adopted. Aninvitation to opt-in sent to Community Access Groups. All Towns Opt-in. March 2006 EOC Package purchased.

SLIP Program Reviewed in detail in 2007 from Driver Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. It include SPIP.
SPIP The Special Property Program which was determined very favorable but not easily carved out of other packages.
Board of Directors insurance exceeded budgeted costs due to the number of Directors within the 8 organizations. EOC Renewal was the outcome.

Customer Care Committee: Mission was to keep Advisors abreast of Cable Television landscape by identifying and distributing key articles and resources. Commitee discontinued.
